The Olde Nook

We loved our ploughman and seafood salad. Freshly made, generously served, deliciously flavoured and mouthwateringly presented. Absolutely a delightful cafe by the cathedral. Highly recommended.

A quaint cafe in the middle of Litchfield. The breakfast was quite possibly the best I’ve had in a very long time. The coffee was Devine too. I’d 100 percent eat here again. This cafe has an upstairs seating area with bathroom.

Plus, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. Stumbled upon this little gem one of the mornings before attending a meeting.. it was peaceful & welcoming and I was made to feel so welcome by the owners. I had a pot of tea and a sausage sandwich and they were both lovely. I shall definitely be returning before future meetings :)

Me and my husband went here for the first time yesterday for breakfast. It was a fabulous full English at great value. Such a cosy atmosphere and really pleasant staff. We will definitely return.
